Review the policies

§We know sometimes you have to change your plans, which is why we do not charge any cancel or change fees. We do, however, have to pass along any change or cancel fees that come directly from the hotels or airlines.

§Guests must be at least 18 to 21 years of age at time of check-in (depending on individual hotel policy) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. View further details.

§Your credit card will be charged in full at the time of booking.

§The package price includes Tax Recovery Charge & Service Fees. There may be an additional departure surcharge, payable to the appropriate airport authority at time of departure or prior to departure, depending upon the destination.

§Airline baggage fees may apply and may not be included in the price. Additional fees may apply to some hotel amenities. Bed type, smoking preference and in-room amenities are subject to hotel availability.

§Changes and cancellation can be made through Travelocity only. Please do not contact your travel providers to process any changes or refunds. Changes or cancellations may incur charges.

§If Travel Protection is purchased it is non-refundable.

§Your hotel reservation is prepaid and guaranteed for late arrival.

§Any incidental charges at your hotel (parking, phone calls, room service, or energy surcharges) will be handled directly between you and the hotel.

§Once booked, your air, hotel, and any other reservations cannot be transferred or changed to another name or destination.

§No refunds can be made for unused hotel nights resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out, unless you've purchased a Travel Protection Plan. Please reference your insurance policy to file a claim with Travel Guard.

§A Government-issued photo ID is required at the airport, hotel, and for Additional Services.

§For international destinations, a valid passport, birth certificate, or certificate of naturalization, when presented with a photo I.D., are the acceptable documents for proof of citizenship for U.S. citizens, but it is highly recommended that a passport is used. Note that some destinations now accept passports only. It is the traveler's responsibility to travel with the required documents. No refunds will be made if improper documentation results in denied boarding or entry.

§There are times when we are unable to confirm a reservation. In the rare event that this occurs, we will attempt to reach you by phone and email so that we can reaccommodate you. You must call us back within 48 hours or we may not be able to honor your original booking price.

§If you experience an issue during your trip, you must call us immediately so that we can assist you in resolving your problem. Any portion of your trip that has been used is non-refundable. We are not responsible for any modifications you make to your trip without our assistance.

§Bed types, smoking preference, and in-room amenities are subject to hotel availability.

 

Change Policies

§Changes can only be made with the assistance of a Sales & Customer Care agent at 1-888-872-8356. Please do not contact your travel providers to process any changes or refunds.

§Change fees and penalties are assessed based on the departure date of your trip, hotel policies, and date you initiate changes.

§The departure date is considered to be Thu, Jul 15, 2010, 12:01am Central Standard Time. Days are defined as 24-hour periods completed between the date of your trip cancellation or modification and the departure date.

§Your selected air reservation is non-changeable.

§You can make changes only to the hotel portion of this trip after purchase, subject to fees, and availability.

§If you make a change to the hotel portion of your trip prior to Wed, Jul 14, 2010, you will be charged a fee of $0.00.

§If you make a change to the hotel portion of your trip between Wed, Jul 14, 2010 and Thu, Jul 15, 2010 (not including Thu, Jul 15, 2010), you will be charged a hotel imposed fee of $67.02.

§Customers cannot change the destination of the package once the package is purchased without incurring trip cancellation penalties.

§You can make changes to your trip after purchase, subject to fees, and availability.

§Trip changes other than car cannot be accommodated on or after Thu, Jul 15, 2010.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

§Cancellation fees and other charges are assessed based on the departure date of your trip, hotel policies, and the date you initiate the cancel.

§The departure date is considered to be Thu, Jul 15, 2010, 12:01am Central Standard Time. Days are defined as 24-hour periods completed between the date of your trip cancellation or modification and the departure date.

§Please note this trip includes airfare that is non-refundable. After purchase, you may only cancel the complete trip (air and hotel together). Supplier penalties fees may apply.

§If you cancel prior to Wed, Jul 14, 2010, you will be refunded your purchase price, minus any flight or hotel cancel fees totaling $1,907.00.

§If you cancel between Wed, Jul 14, 2010 and Thu, Jul 15, 2010 (not including Thu, Jul 15, 2010), you will be refunded your purchase price minus any flight related or hotel imposed cancel fee totaling $1,974.02.

§If a promocode was used, the code is only good once (i.e., you cannot use the promo code again ) and any discount taken will be lost and non-refundable (i.e., it has no cash value).

§This trip is non-refundable on or after Thu, Jul 15, 2010.

 

Domestic Flight Notice

§Air transportation to be provided between points in the U.S. (including its overseas territories and possessions) is subject to the individual contract terms (including rules, regulations, tariffs and conditions) of the transporting air carriers, which are herein incorporated by reference and made part of the contract of carriage.

§Where this coupon is issued for transportation, or services other than air travel, specific terms and conditions may apply. These terms and conditions may be included in the ticket set or may be obtained from the issuing company or agent.

§Please make sure you have reviewed the important legal notice entitled "Conditions of Contract", "Notice of Incorporated Terms", "Notice of Baggage Liability Limitations", and "Notice of Overbooking" in Terms & Conditions of Travel or the specific terms and conditions relating to non-air transportation or services.

§The Terms & Conditions of Travel will also be available at the airport prior to your flight departure.

 

International Flight (Warsaw Convention) Notice

§If the passenger's journey involves an ultimate destination or stop in a country other than the country of departure, the Warsaw Convention may be applicable and the Convention governs and in most cases limits the liability of carriers for death or personal injury and for the loss of or damage to baggage.

How to Book Travel for Someone Else

To book travel for someone else:

§Reserve the trip as if you were traveling.

§Log in to your account.

§Enter the passenger information. Be sure to review each field carefully before clicking "Continue." Passenger names for air travel MUST match their travel identification.

 

Paying for the trip:

§If you wish to pay for the trip, enter your credit card and billing address information. If you are using someone else's credit card, you must have all of the correct billing information to complete the purchase. This includes the correct credit card verification number, expiration date, billing information as it is registered with the card company, and online password protection if applicable.

 

For airline paper tickets:

§If paper tickets need to be sent to an address that is NOT the billing address, enter the delivery address information. Changing the recipient's name in the "delivery information" section will not change passenger names for the trip.

 

Keep in mind:

§Billing information does not have to match passenger information. This will not change the passenger information already confirmed.

§For air travel, each passenger must present valid, TSA -approved photo identification matching the name on the airline ticket in order to proceed through check-in and security.

§Airline passengers do not need to present the credit card used for purchase of their tickets if the reservation is made through our site.
